SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Relating to the                            
Gold Rush Centennial Decade, was read the second time.                         
                                                                               
Senators Lincoln, Little, Duncan moved and asked unanimous                     
consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution.  Without           
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 was before the                             
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT
